Why don’t you respond to Instagram or Facebook messages about orders?
Social media usernames do not match order records, and messages can easily be missed. Email ensures your order can be properly located and addressed.
Printing & Color Variations
Why might my item look slightly different than the mockup?
Product photos and digital mockups are visual references only. Because items are produced using various materials and printing methods, minor variations may occur.
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
DTF (Direct to Film) Disclaimer
DTF designs are applied to the surface of the garment. Because items are made to order and applied by hand:
- Slight variations in color, design size, and placement may occur
- Design sizing may be adjusted based on garment size to ensure proper balance and wearability
Sublimation Disclaimer
Sublimation permanently infuses ink into the product rather than sitting on top of it. Color results may vary due to screen settings, material color, coatings, and texture.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Universal Color Difference Disclaimer (All Products)
We do our best to accurately represent colors; however, actual product colors may vary due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Materials, dye lots, and coatings
- Production processes
These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Shirt Color Disclaimer
Shirt colors may vary due to fabric type, dye lots, and printing methods. Printing processes may affect how colors appear on the final product.
Keychain Color Disclaimer
Keychain colors may vary slightly from digital images due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences. These variations are normal.
Shipping
What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
- Processing time: The time it takes to make your item
- Shipping time: Carrier transit time after your order ships
Processing times are listed in each product description.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, most orders ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the item.
This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.
Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Why is there a handling fee?
Handling fees cover packaging materials and the extra care taken to ensure your order arrives safely.
How do I know if my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
Please check:
- Around your home
- With household members
- With nearby neighbors
If still missing, contact USPS or UPS directly. Once marked delivered, the carrier must assist further.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet. Is something wrong?
Tracking updates may be delayed. This can mean:
- The label was created but not scanned yet
- The carrier has not processed the scan
This is common and usually resolves once the package enters transit.
What does “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” mean?
This indicates the shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been scanned by USPS.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Shipping insurance depends on the option selected at checkout:
- First Class Shipping: No insurance
- Priority Shipping: Includes up to $50 insurance
Insurance claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Many items are custom made and cannot be resold.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Orders cannot be combined. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and packaging requirements.
I forgot to use a discount code. Can it be added?
Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be fixed?
Address changes are only possible before a shipping label is purchased. Please email immediately with your order number.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Terms (Platform-Independent)
Order Acknowledgment
All items are handmade or made to order. Minor variations in color, size, and placement are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
By placing an order, submitting payment, or authorizing an invoice, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all product details, care instructions, processing timelines, shipping timelines, and store policies.
Failure to review this information does not exempt the buyer from these terms.
Returns & Exchanges
Final Sale Items
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except as outlined in the Custom Item Defects & Resolution section above.
Eligible Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be considered for return at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item is returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return request is submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
- Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return authorization. Items returned outside this window will be refused.
Refunds, if approved, are issued only after inspection. Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or odor are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges are not offered.
Custom Item Defects & Resolution
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Defects are limited to production errors such as:
- Incorrect personalization (name, date, or design not matching the approved order)
- Major print flaws not caused by normal variation
- Physical damage directly attributable to the production process
All defect claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Graphink Fusion.
If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item
Refunds are not guaranteed and are not issued for custom items.
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered, are not eligible for review.
Production & Color Variations
Product images, mockups, and descriptions are provided as visual references only. Due to differences in materials, printing methods, screen settings, lighting, dye lots, and production processes, minor variations may occur.
Such variations are normal and do not constitute grounds for returns, refunds, replacements, or charge disputes.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
Orders are considered final once submitted or payment is authorized. Because many items are custom, personalized, or produced immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason once placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing time refers to the time required to produce your item. Shipping time refers to carrier transit after shipment.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Graphink Fusion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.
Delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or authorizing an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies stated above. These terms apply to all purchases without exception.

DTF prints are durable and vibrant when cared for properly.
✅ Washing Instructions
- Turn garment inside out before washing
- Wash cold water only
- Use mild detergent
- Wash with like colors
- Use a gentle cycle
🚫 What to Avoid
- Do not bleach
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron directly on the design
🌬 Drying Instructions
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Remove promptly to reduce wrinkling
💡 Pro Tip
DTF prints are heat-activated. High heat and harsh chemicals may cause cracking or peeling over time.
Care Instructions & Warranty Disclaimer
Care instructions are provided with each product and must be followed. Failure to follow care instructions voids any warranty or guarantee.
Graphink Fusion is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, heat exposure, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
