What if my order doesn't arrive on time and I paid for expedited shipping?
We strive to ensure items are processed timely. We also put a lot of heart into every custom piece so we do ask you allow us 7-14 days to process each piece plus shipping. Some items will ship faster than others depending on complexity. We will wait to ship all items together unless you specify a need otherwise. But the shipping expense will be on the customer.
